Carol Burnett, M.Ed.Founder/President
Carol discovered and quickly became fascinated with Brain State Conditioning™ technology in 2005 while searching for wellness modalities (other baby boomers can relate to this) for increased happiness, a sense of calm, a better night’s sleep, and increased focus and memory. The realization that BSC was the cutting edge technology to enhance human potential quickly became obvious to her, not only from her personal experiences, but by witnessing the successes of hundreds of others seeking solutions to life’s challenges.
Coupled with a strong academic and corporate background, Carol’s career experiences have afforded her the opportunity to teach and consult for colleges in both the United States and Canada. She also served as Assistant Vice-President for a US-based financial institution, and has worked extensively in the field of Human Resources. She was also directly involved in the start-up of several select small business firms. As evidenced by this experience and expertise, she brings a wealth of mastery to her clientele.
Carol has earned two Social Science undergraduate degrees (Psychology and Human Services Administration) and a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling Psychology.
She is a certified Transformations Workshop Leader for the Louise Hay Methods, a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is Third Degree Reiki certified, has been certified and registered in Canada and the US as a Hypnotherapist.
Carol enjoys meditation, fitness/nutrition, exploring alternative healing modalities, and studying the mind-body-spirit connection.
It is with great pride, excitement, and gratitude that Carol has founded Optimum Brain Institute, assisting in the evolution of human consciousness toward its highest level of realization and integrity.

Helpful Hints
We recommend that you arrive about 5 minutes early to your appointments. If clients are late, we may need to cut time and/or protocol from the session. If clients are more than 10 minutes late, they may have to forfeit the entire session and the cost involved. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation in this matter. It is also important to know that your brain requires additional energy during this process, and it is beneficial to eat more protein than normal while doing sessions. Plenty of water is also important.
